I value outside perspectives and knowledge. Everyone needs a voice because it creates more robust conversations, increases data points, and allows for more creative solutions. Institutional knowledge provides context, and open communication leads to results.
I don't respond to challenges or impediments with "we can't do that". I'll admit when I'm unsure how we'll do it, but it isn't a deterrent. I am open to discussing, analyzing, brainstorming, and trying solutions. Frameworks are beneficial to establish norms and standards and should evolve as needed. Don't forget to iterate and cut out waste!
