The United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) ran beta testing on functionality to improve efficiency in the organ offer process. The pilot began with kidneys and a small group of participants in 2019 and was completed in two phases. The video was part of the pilot's initial training. The training resource is an example of a support document created for a mock Train the Trainer (TTT) session (2025).
